Spring 2015
Print Big 2015 Kennesaw State University
This year KSU hosted the 6th annual Print Big, an event that brings printmakers from all over the state to print huge reduction blocks (4' x 8') with a steam roller. KSU also hosted their Spring Art Fest, an open house for the School of Art and Design to show what they have to offer students. I was there to support KSU Alumni and help out a fellow Red Onion printmaker.

2015 Acworth Art Festival
Each year the Acworth Cultural Art Center maintains a presence at the art festival. This year I was able to talk with people about upcoming events and what the ACAC is all about. I also had the chance to talk to people about he Red Onion Press now working out of the Acworth Cultural Arts Center in downtown Acworth. |

Community Work
Rocket Project with the MCAA
In the Spring of 2013, I worked on a project for the Marietta Center for Advanced Academics (MCAA). Working with Kennesaw State University and MCAA, I was asked to create designs for vinyl stickers to adorn the rocket and later applied them. The rocket was made out of sheet metal by advanced students and was created to cover an unsightly chimney on top of the school. I was also lucky enough to be a part of the installation ceremony. All of the students and staff gathered in front of the school to watch engineers and lineman from Marietta Power hoist the rocket with their bucket truck. Once on the roof the school principal, myself, and the Marietta Power crew placed and fastened the rocket to the roof. I found this project both challenging and rewarding, I look forward to the day when I am asked to help MCAA with their next project
